Work Experience
Kaiser X is the strategic experience design company of Allianz.
Currently I'm leading design in a cross-functional R&D team of designers, software engineers and machine learning experts. We identify, prototype, and validate new product and business opportunities for Allianz.
Co-led research & design at IDS (Allianz) with a team of 7 designers over multiple cross-functional product teams. Redesigned and extended the IDS investment management and reporting platform and established strong ux practices at IDS while reporting directly to the CTO and Head of Business & Design.
Designed for clients such as Zeiss, Matmatch/BCG, IXDS (part of PWC) and UnternehmerTUM in 2020 and from 2015-2016.
Conducted qualitative research and designed new features for web and mobile as the first in-house designer at Capmo, a seed stage startup in the construction space.
Co-founded Digital Product School (a program of UnternehmerTUM, europe's leading center for innovation and entrepreneurship), where I built and led the interaction design program over 2 years.
Designed in-car navigation systems for BMW with a focus on usability improvements, as well as a product vision for the BMW Connected Drive web platform.
Internship at Siemens Medical Research in Princeton, New Jersey.
